Electronic Payroll

The eFactur platform is fully updated to comply with the new requirements of the CFDI 4.0 version, including the latest changes for the Electronic Payroll Complement as established by the SAT in Annex 20 of the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2025

The main changes for Electronic Payroll are:


  • The date format is standardized according to Annex 20 for the attributes FechaPago, FechaInicialPago, FechaFinalPago, and FechaInicioRelLaboral.

  • Validations for version and payment method are removed.

  • Validations for issuing the complement with CFDI version 4.0 are incorporated, such as RegimenFiscalReceptor, ObjetoImp, ACuentaTerceros, InformacionAduanera, CuentaPredial, ComplementoConcepto, and Parte.

  • As part of the integration with CFDI version 4.0, the RFC, name, tax regime, and postal code of the recipient's tax address are now mandatory requirements for issuing the payroll receipt.
